Larry Brown is a better basketball coach than Phil Jackson. He can develop a team and coach the x's and o's better. Phil is certainly a great basketball coach, but his great success has come from his unparalleled ability to manage egos, which is actually the most important job for an NBA coach. That's why Larry Brown flames out, he can't manage egos and has too big an ego of his own.
