Because Marquez will sign with Pacquiao first. So Bradley's waiting to see if that fight falls apart to get his opportunity for the Manny sweepstakes.

He COULD beat Khan this July and then fight Manny in 2012 if Floyd's not around, but I don't see him risking that fight. That, and his contract with Gary Shaw EXPIRES this May, so he might want to sign with Top Rank to get that for sure deal with Manny in the future.
