Its funny that Shane was moving backwards for the majority of the fight, added to the perception that Floyd is a boring fighter, yet there were no boos......

I think it's fair to say that Whitaker was really faded, washed up fighter by the time Tito got to him. That he really wasn't considered slick anymore at that stage.

I guess you also consider Marrade Hakkar slick against Hopkins.

Shane fought Margarito in January of 09. He didn't fight again until May 2010. The "confidence" from the Margarito fight was long gone. Or are you going to tell me he kept it sealed in a bottle and sprayed it on himself like an Axe spray?

Btw, if you ever seen Pernell fight, he was also a counter puncher who liked to go toe to toe, in the pocket. So what is really the difference?
