Pacman and Arum are killing boxing

Just because the Mayweather fight isnt on, doesnt mean you have to keep fighting fighters with no chance whatsoever.. Theres a bunch of guys at 140 are gonna actually try to win the fight. I mean seriously, why would Pac choose Mosely over Berto? Because Mosley was willing to let Bob have his way with him?
Im guessing Pacs next fight will be vs JMM at 154

Fighting is still better than inactivity.

Pacquaio's last 3 fights: Clottey (Fair enough, late replacement after negotiations between Pac and Floyd fell through)

Margarito - this was just ridiculous

Mosley - coming off a loss and a draw, at 39.

Obvious to see Arum just wants to create events between two names, rather than interesting boxing matches.

There's just no way he'd allow Pacquaio in with Martinez. I don't blame Manny, he seems to do as he's told. If Arum made the fight with Martinez, Manny would probably train hard and take the fight. But he's surrounded by money men and people who see him as a product and a cash cow. Arum's got a good thing going with Manny, why would he put him in with a dangerous, non-top rank fighter?

Never going to happen when he can milk Pacquaio v JMM III at a weight JMM which leaves JMM with virtually no chance. And JMM is a name, more known than Martinez.

          It's shít, but it's business.

its not pacquiao who is killing boxing.. Its BOB '***' ARUM!!! just to share, in my country boxing is not supported cos its a violent sports so its rare to see it in the papers but in the rare chance that it got into the papers, it not mayweather as the face of boxing its pacquiao. just like ali and tyson in the past.

I used to think like this, but now I'm not so sure.

I've just lost interest in both of them, I didn't watch Pac v Mosley live, I knew how it would pan out, just like Marga and Clottey.

There's a lot more to boxing than Pac and Floyd and I'm more hyped for other fights than I am for Pac or Floyd's next fight.

The thing that is píssing me off that Pacquiao fighting JMM takes JMM out of the lightweight division, to a weight he has no business at, when I'd like to see JMM fight someone like Robert Guerrero or Brandon Rios.

I like fights that mean something within a weight class, eliminators, unifications. Pacquaio hasn't had a fight which means anything in a weight class since Cotto. He just floats and disrupts legitimate matches in other weight classes which will ring true if he fights JMM or Bradley, both who have issues to resolve in their own respective weight classes.
