With "stiffness" in his legs, yeah, Pacquiao loses imo. But I saw the same Pacquiao with the same movement as his last 6 fights. Actually, I have never seen him move his feet that fast. His footwork was 10 out of 10 last night. Don't know what leg problem he was talking about. IMO it was Mosley using a bit of defense and jabbing, and not wanting to engage, that made Pacquiao look "stiff".

Mayweather would use a lot of defense, he will jab, and he will throw his right hand, and left hook, unlike Mosley did. Mosley is now 0-2-1 in his last 3 fights, and hasn't won a fight in 2 and a half years. And from the looks of it, he will continue fighting, but he is and has been for a while[starting from the Margarito fight], just an opponent. Mosley was just an opponent for Margarito, he got the upset though, then he was an opponent for Mayweather, and Mayweather made him look like an opponent. Crossroads fight with Mora, Mosley looked like shit. An opponent for Pacquiao, Mosley looked like shit but Pacquiao could not close in on Mosley, which Mayweather did.

I don't know what people mean that Pacquiao looked better against the older Mosley. Mayweather had a better offensive showing, like way better, numbers don't lie:

      Mayweather total punches percentage: 44%

      Pacquiao total punches percentage: 31%

Mayweather landed at an almost 15% higher connect rate, against the 1 year younger and fresher Mosley, who was supposed to be knocked out by Pacquiao, or at least look way worse.

Mosley landed a dead-even 20% on both Mayweather and Pacquiao, so Mayweather and Pacquiao were both as elusive. Pacquiao landed 50% of his power punches, 4% more than Mayweather's 46% power punches. Mayweather had a higher percent connect of jabs with 40%, higher than both Mosley[18%] and Pacquiao[13%] put together. Mosley landed almost the same amount of power punches on both Mayweather and Pacquiao. He landed 27% on Mayweather, and 28% on Pacquiao.

So people have to stop with that shit that Pacquiao had a better fight, because of one knock down. The fights were basically equal, except for the landslide numbers for Mayweather in the totla punches connect percentage with 44% vs Pacquiao 31%.

Mosley looked like I thought he would.

Manny looked bad, IMO. No question, Floyd wins a clear-cut UD over that version of Manny. He would exploit A LOT of the flaws that Manny showed last night. I've said it since day one: Floyd is a really bad style matchup for Manny.

TBH, I think Floyd looked better against Shane than Manny did. Yeah, Manny knocked him down, but let's not act like it was a huge flush shot. He sorta' hit him behind the ear from what I saw.

Floyd was landing flush shots at will against Shane, and if he wasn't so weary of Shane's power, I think he would have KO'd him. He was beating Shane to the punch all night long.

Bottom line: Floyd looked better on offense against Shane than Manny did. A lot better, IMO.

Honestly, I think floyd would have destroyed him. He was so open to counters that I honestly thought shane was gonna knock him down at any time..

But then again Floyd has been inactive for so long we don't know what he brings to the table anymore either.

                Fresher?

I will fix that for you:
Floyd fought ~39 year old, 16 months inactive, and 2 straight training camps in a row Mosley.

Man, Floyd was off less than a year (a few months ago) and you were all saying that the younger Floyd needs a tuneup fight. So imagine Floyd fighting OLD Mosley after his 16 months vacation?

LOL , how is a great reactive fighter that has hands low style like Ali Leonard etc open to counters , why because he is in range lol , maybe his right foot was first lol what counters you see ? , boys you have got some wild imagination going on in your scramble to make Pac look better than the crap he showed , now the trainers are coming with the over trained BS , excuse after excuse , too bad Floyd will give him a boxing lesson Manny will not be able to deal with , you will not believe how easy Floyd wins this fight .

This is true...theres also a good chance a better version of Pac would get in the ring with Floyd...but it is a little surprising to hear that he was in "the best shape of his life" and he didn't look great...

How can you look good when you're opponent is backing up and not engaging?

Mosley was there all night for Floyd.
