You can't blame Pacquiao for the fight, he was trying to engage, it was Mosley that kept peddling back.

Then again who actually thought Mosley had a shot. If you notice the only highlights they were showing of Mosley was the Margarito fight. There was a reason for that, because that was the last fight in which Mosley actually looked good.
And even that fight is meaningless once you put it into perspective. Margs just got caught cheating, knows he is going to be in trouble and is just mentally not there in the fight. Not to mention Margs has struggled to make weight for that fight because he was not taking the Mosley fight seriously. He was pissed that ODLH did not fight him after the Cotto fight. So if you take that fight out, Mosley had not looked good since 2006 when he KO'd a shot fighter in Vargas.
