PAST TENSE Meaning, they didnt want to do floyds lame testing before. Manny will submit to floyds lame testing, but only to proceed with the fight taking place.

Manny will not ask other fighters to be tested since he once refused. Get it? Now, Roach didnt say Manny is still refusing, he just said they once refused so it would be hypocritical for him to impose testing on another fighter.

I originally asked you why floyd would want a "media creation" to go through OSTs.

Then you told us the "Media" was responsible for bringing drug testing into the fold, when everyone knows in the world it was floyd. But since the media reported on it, it falls on them (not floyd)
