I wanted Humberto Soto to earn that claim, cause he's been out of the limelight for too many years, and he deserved it more than anyone else at this time.
Interim titles don't count toward that record, one of Arce's (if not 2) and Soto's titles were interim. The real 3 division titlist on the verge of a 4th is JMM, even unified in 2 and held the Ring/lineal in 1 (2 if you want to count the Pacquiao rematch).

Who is the next PR hope?? Arroyo?? What weight does he fight at so I can predict which Mexican fighter will take his 0. Mexicans might lose 1 this year to PR's but i just cant see it!!
