Pacquiao has NOT improved since Marquez II

I would find it hilarious how *******s would claim Pacquiao is a "completely different fighter" since he fought Marquez for the second fight. The truth is that Pacquiao is the product of brilliant match making, he's boxing's illusionist. Bob Arum and Roach have carefully selected his fights to make him look sensational. He fights old, shot and/or weight drained fighters with big names coming off losses or lackluster performances. Marquez was his last real challenge and we all know how that turned out. There was no reason for the so called p4p best to be fighting an old and shot Mosley who hadn't won a fight in over 2 years.

Let's see how good he looks against real challenges like Mayweather and Martinez. Hell, even against Williams, Ortiz, Khan, Bradley, or Marquez (at a fair catchweight). But we'll probably get Pacquiao VS Cotto II at a catchweight of 143.

Arum wants to personally thank you for helping him promote Manny's next fight in the fall against Marquez.

Maybe not, but he has improved tremendously since he's 122-126 days.

But, a third fight with JMM is garbage as well. That boat has sailed. Not only has JMM lost a significant step but Pac has also carried the move up in weight much much better.

That's true but a Marquez VS Pacquiao III fight at 140, I guarantee you would've been way better and produced more fireworks than the Mosley crap-fest. Marquez's style will always trouble Pac

Maybe 3 years ago. Now JMM gets blown out. Pac would be the first to stop him.

Only weight-class were it could be competitive is at 135. Because, Pac might be weaken enough -from making weight- to make that fight interesting.
