People wonder why boxing is losing it's popularity

It garbage match ups like last nights main event that are ruining boxing. The only fight that was worth a **** was the arce vs vasquez jr fight. The rest of the cards weren't very good. People pay good money to watch that **** last night and I'm sure most of whom were disappointed. I'm glad I only paid a 8 dollar cover charge at a bar to watch it. The fact that manny can get paid 20 mill for these kind of garbage fights is beyond me. I thought manny looked like **** last night and Mosley didn't look any better but what do you expect from a over the hill fighter just trying to get his payday without getting ko. Manny has to grow some balls and not let that arum and roach cherry pick these fights for him. Seriously how many give me fights can he fight in a row? It's shameful and people hype him up to be one of the greats. But I'm just ranting now let me get to the point. Manny is the face of boxing and this is the best that he can produce for a major ppv? Give me a break. It's really no wonder why boxing is losing it's popularity.

I totally agree. I hate mma. Most of my friends I grew up with watch mma and I always talk ****. I watch it with them from time to time and I'm almost always disappointed. But there has been some great fights this years but none of them are on a big stage. All the ppvs lately have ******. I was pissed when I learned the soto antillon rematch was no longer on the card. That was the fight that I wanted to see the most

I always said Pac vs Mosley was a pointless fight that should never of happened.

How soon can you forget, UF# 127 just happened last week and that **** was a snoozefest as well.

F**k, man. Boxing fans are never happy, we either complain about the main event or that the undercard ******. Well, last night, the undercard was great, just not the main event.

There are so many examples of MMA being the same way.

I agree, last night's fight was crap. But I mean, who isn't a fan of Pacquiao? ****, a fight against Kell Brook would've been better than last night's showing.

The thing is if you hate or like pac it doesn't matter, nobody likes spending $$$ on a **** PPV. And that PPV was **** except for arce winning in the last round.
