It was a combination of Shane being hurt by the punch, and Shane being off balance. If Shane was standing up straight, or against the ropes, he wouldn't have fallen, though he still would have been hurt.

Imo he got punched and tripped up his feet. Which is a legit knockdown, but he wasnt really hurt.

Shane got hit right on the chin with Pacs left straight (which is Pacs strong hand) after throwing a jab.

It was the most hurt Shane has ever been and Shane was running from him ever since.

You should watch that Vernon Forrest knockdown. It was a good knockdown on Manny's part but Mosley wasn't as badly hurt as in the Forrest fight.

mosley has admitted he was hurt by that punch, you could clearly see he was badly dazed and he more or less ran the rest of the fight

I find it hard to believe it was harder than the Forrest shot. Forrest had him without legs for 2 rounds? He was still able to use his legs to evade manny after last night's KD.

Pacquiao did all the damage with just 1 punch. Forrest landed several flush shots, and as for Mosley having no legs, again, he kept getting hit by Forrest while he was able to run away from Pacquiao.

People are comparing many hard shots from Forrest to the 1 punch from Pacman.

that was a better look on the shot. getting hit on the chin with pac's left on that range will surely hurt. see the force on manny's left hand as it landed on mosley's jaw.
