Vazquez gave Arce a hell of a fight and his corner shouldn't have thrown in the towel when they did. Seeing the scorecards Arce was going to win anyways, but only by 1 point on 2 scorecards. Also Vazquez didn't start boxing til he was 21, and has done very well for himself under those circumstances. There should definitely be a rematch.

vasquez isnt that good. hes never really beat anyone of note and the first time he steps up against someone decent, he drowns. its disappointing to say the least. his potential just isnt that great and really its because of his late start. but theres no way u come outta that fight thinking the kid is the next best thing.

just imagine if he was in there with nishioka or rigo. They would of killed him. And old arce moving up in weight exposed him.

My people are going through a dry spell. WV2 I still think will rebound nicely. His lack of experience did him in. He wasn't prepared for those deep waters. I'm still on the fence on the stoppage from his pops, but ultimately, he did what he thought was best
