    Lewis vs Sam Peter

Lewis Picks him apart easy but stops him in 8 or 9. I have a feeling that Peter is not creative, and once he realizes he cant wing punches at a moving target he gets frustrated tired and just chases a guy around missing every punch and tires out. The only variable that is so imporant of course is Vlad. He could do a Lewis, he just has to stay FOCUSED and fight at a pace, No inside fighting with Peter , but some bodywork-not a lot, just some. He also needs to shove the **** out of Peter like he Brewster, maybe headbutt, get dirty, show the lunkhead he is the russian bully.

Yeah I say Lewis could have blown him out, but he was less apt to get into exchanges with guys that short, he didn't have to.
He would have waited, like you said. Wlad on the other hand, unless Manny has drastically changed him, likes to punish opponents, sometines putting himself in harms way, although most of his opponents have been too hurt or scared to hit him back.
Bottom line, Lewis was leagues above Peter, a mismatch.

Lennox Lewis would have steam rolled through Sam Peter.

It would have been a replay of Lewis vs Golota, or Lewis vs Grant.

              Yeah... I know.

People are putting too much faith in Sam Peter to save the heavyweight division... Which is cool!... Someone needs to do it!

But with all due respect to Sam Peter... He's not really in the same league as recent heavyweight greats like Lewis/Holyfield/Tyson.

RastaSmoker, I'm one of the 1st people to explain to the that Mike Tyson is not all that he's cracked up to be.

But he was a 2 time World heavyweight champion, and he unified the division.

Besides Lewis what other heavyweight over the last 20yrs can claim that?

I think it's safe to say that Tyson was a great heavyweight.
