Bob Arum plans to make Pacquiao a 9 Division Champ

If Cesar Chavez Jr. beats Sbik Arum is going to match him against Pacquiao or Cotto. If Cotto wins he will be matched against Pacquiao. Any thoughts since Arum is going to keep fights in house ?

I think that would hurt pacs reputation going against chavez....if he does it against martinez it will have the opposite effect.

Chavez and Pac share the same team. Not happening. Cotto-Chavez is likely though, and I could see Pac-Cotto II at some laughable catch weight of 155 for the title if Cotto were to beat Chavez.
