Being FOTY dont make you p4p the best fighter in the world, but some people get confused about something which on the surface seems quite simple.

If Sergio can have many years like he has just had, then he has claim for being the best fighter in the world. Having one good year means just that. You had a good year and people know who you are now.
We know who Sergio is now, but dont boast about it!

I can see this as well.

As I said though, p4p list are nothing but opinions...Most just don't want Pac to be #1 (so they insert who ever they can abouve him). Hell, some clowns even have Floyd as their #1 still.

In reality, p4p list really don't hold much weight. They are in the eye of the beholder so to speak.

      I like your list though.

Very close between Pac and Sergio right now if Sergiopicks up a decent win in his next fight i think he has to be P4P #1

Wow Footwork,I never thought I'd see the day.But yes,Martinez is currently the best fighter fighting. With B-Hop as the greatest of the active fighters,in my opinion.

I'm rather surprised that Mosley went the distance last night.I'll put it like this,if Martinez fought Mosley at 154 last night,I'm almost certain that Mosley would have been stopped.I feel bad for Martinez though,he came to power in a time when 2 superstars have the sport hostage.1 fighting once a year or less & the other beating no-hopers & both have fanbases that far out-number any other fight fans.

No, not really! Beat who though? BH beat Pavlik better than Sergio so what is the excuse for that?

He is considered no2 and that is awesome for Sergio. When he is the best fighter in the world we will know about it.

No he is not. He had a hot 3 fight run, but that's it. Guys like Manny and Floyd have been consistant for years, so maybe if he can have 2 more great wins....then we can talk.

Kinda like he stopped Cintron, who has a weaker chin, and can't take a body shot for ****?

He KTFO Paul Williams....but don't act like he is doing that to everyone, especially when Pwill made it easy by walking into several of those shots. I think Shane is done, but he isn't as idiotic as Williams and wont keep walking face forward into punches.

If Donaire were to dismantle Agbeko and Moreno like he did Vic and Montiel, then I'd put him over Pacquiao. But I don't see that happening. He'd beat both, but not easily.
