Also if Hatton's footspeed gave Floyd problems, Manny should be able to do the same. Now if Floyd can hurt Pac then he'll have the fight in the bag. Manny's gonna have to be smart but a lot more aggressive than he was last night.

If I have to pick the winner of Pac Mayweather it would be Floyd depending on how he looks in a tuneup. But using the Hatton comparison is useful only in the sense that really Hatton and Manny did/would likely both try to chase Floyd down. And Floyd being Floyd would likely try to do what he does counter and pot shot. How effective would Floyd be with that strategy against Manny? judging from Manny's previous fights against Marquez and his current fighting style very effective. In fact because Pac is a smaller fighter although people try to make him out to be a welterweight, I dont think he would hold up for a full 12 against Floyd, partially because I think Floyd would have a little something extra to prove and probably in the later part of the fight really put it on Manny.

Floyd's inactivity could count against him now.

I don't think the fight will happen.

Id normally agree but Floyds had long layoffs before and he just comes back looking RAZOR sharp and like he's never been out, this man lives it and believe this - retired, inactive or otherwise he trains like a hungry young fighter on the regular.

Then again tho just to balance it, he's getting older and Pacquaio is no Marquez when it comes to fighting at 147 and he will Force Floyd to fight at a high pace and make him work for everything unlike my man Juan who was to slow to weak and nowhere near aggressive enough to beat Floyd
