Pacquiao was fighting at Mosley's pace the whole fight. Mosley's jab bothered him the whole fight; Mosley was countering with it the majority of time Pacquiao rushed in.
All in all, Mosley fought a good fight considering how bad he was hurt from the knockdown. Pacquiao's no doubt the best puncher we have in the sport at the minute. But i felt Mosley held a good account of himself, as Pacquiao looked confused during a lot of the middle rounds.
Now to Mayweather-Pacquiao. In my opinion, if Pacquiao doesn't get rid of Mayweather in the first 4 rounds, the fight will be Floyd's. But if he catches Floyd, he must finish him off otherwise Floyd will simply recoup and box his ass off.
