alot of us are always complaining about the current crop of Heavys. Last night I was reading through one of my old Ring Magazines from 1991. There was a mug shot of the three champs at that time with fists out and belts around their waists.

The great Bruce Seldon, Frans Botha and Frank Bruno

Maybe Klits, Byrd and Ruiz aren't that bad after all.

That's scary. They didn't have the WBO champ there? Who was that then - Tommy Morrison?

Right now they suck. If they got busy fighting each other in an effort to unify the title I might feel different.

At least back when those 90's guys were around...you had some prospects on the horizon.

Who's the heavyweight prospect now (not a current contender) ? Audley Harrison ?

Maybe Dominick Guinn or Sam Peter.

                  DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE !

Have you seen Sam Peter yet ?

He is horrible. He's slow as dirt, & is not nearly the KO artist he's being hyped to be.

The only thing he has in common with Ike Ibeabuchi is that they are both Nigerian.

He will flop, badly. You'll see.

I saw him once on Shobox vs. Jovo Pudar. He didn't look great. But he's still undefeated. But then again, so is that heavyweight with ***** **** that KO'd Bruce Seldon on the Jones-Tarver II undercard! Gerald Nobles.
