Mayweather has had every opportunity to fight Pacquiao and hes afraid to get in the ring. He wanted Mosley to uncover something in Pacquiao if not rough him up hurt him or even beat him, before he'd get in the ring. That didn't happen. Mayweather will be no where to be found. Mayweather hopes that Pacquiao has enough wars with the Cotto's, the Margaritos, the Mosleys, the Marquez', and fights to come, will little by little take something out of Pacquiao so if Mayweather commits to fight him at some point, he's hopeful Manny won't be the fighter he once was.
