Just who the hell is suddenly gonna add Showtime as their channel because...

some boxer from a foreign land is fighting a black guy whose best days were 14 years ago ?

Part of the reason why PAC and Co made the move to Showtime is to give boxing more exposure due to CBS. I find it hard to imagine that folks who don't have Showtime to begin with will subscribe another premium channel just because of one PPV fight which would be an additional 50-60bucks.

This fight is a tough sell. And when those PPV#s come out. PAC is gonna be crawling to PBF beggin' for a 30% cut, lol

I think this fight sells 700,000 - 900,000. Which is a terrible number when you consider that the P4P king is fighting a LEGEND.

This fight should do nothing under 1.1 million.

He has a long way to go, Mayweather vs Mosley did 1.4 Million.

lol. Ok, so the only boxing is on HBO? Why don't you start watching boxing on tv and not from your ****ty streams. I've had both channels for as long as I can remember.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to buy the PPV without having to subscribe to showtime.

So do I. But, HBO has more subscribers compared to Showtime. What some deem as advantage due to the the fact that CBS owns Showtime, but, so what, how many actually have Showtime compared to HBO ?

When people think boxing, they think HBO. How many people are even aware that Showtime actually has boxing shows, lol

Who the hell handed HBO $55 dollars to watch a black guy outpoint another black guy who was inactive and 13 years past his best?

At least Pacquaio vs Mosley will be worth the money and will be exciting while it lasts. Both boxers come to fight, unlike the safety first Mayweather.

Pacquaio provides far more value for money than 'Money'.

This topic has nothing to do with me. I just don't think it's really gonna be that much of an advantage because he switched over to Showtime/CBS.
