Some on Boxing Scene seem to be quick to get the story out sometimes without verifying it's validity which a lot of times ends up being wrong. Going by what you have argued, we know that any response from Manny or Arum to the request of Floyd to take the test would not suffice because they are lies.

That because Manny did not agree to the first negotiations he ducked floyd already therefore thats how the story should end, with floyd as the hero.

Everyone on this site misses the obvious point. This is a game of leverage, pride and mind games gone completely overboard. Floyd made these demands about OST, as well as, accusations of Pac on steroids to gain a psychological advantage before the fight. He tried to get into Pac's head and have this huge media circus about random blood testing and Pac having to do damage control over his reputation. Floyd is not scared of Pacman, look at his record. Anyone willing to fight for a living, fight a very competitive list of opponents at that, is not scared to fight another man. However, this doesn't mean Pac has to agree to these demands. If he know's he is clean and feels he doesn't have to prove it, thats his decision. If Pac gives in to one demand, will there be another demand? Or another? Floyd could easily have dropped those demands or even COMPROMISED. It's called pride on both parts!

Manny should have called out Floyd by saying, Me and Mosley are taking OST, and that would have proven that Floyd is ducking.

Mosley vs Manny should have OST, if both fighters took it up to fight, there would be no question as to who is ducking, Floyd would be CALLED out that easily.
