Arum said what I posted waaaay before Floyd saifd what you are saying. Arum NEVER wanted to make the fight happen. Remember the word "NEVER"? You should because Arum said it yesterday. Also the word "NEVER" is on Pacquiao list of fighters next to Floyd's name.

So what is the point of yall yappin for manny to take the tests? What is the point of Floyd flappin his mouth for manny, to this very day, to take the tests when nothing will suffice because they are lies. You guys are ridiculous. According to you Floyd is not ducking he just ignoring lies.

Listen, I can whole heartedly admit that Floyd is full of s#!t too but Pac fans can't admit that Arum/Roach/Pac are as well. That's the difference.

As far as I concerned. Floyd didn't duck the fight when it was relevant and everyone was at the time. Manny Pacquiao did. To deny this show how bias Pac fans are.

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

Pac's youtube " I will take the test " speech, was rubbish imo..... especially after having already refused the same test during an official negotiation.

It just seemed all too " convenient ", to all of a sudden agree to the tests now that a fight is no longer on the table. It kinda seemed more logical to agree to the test during an official negotiation and get paid $40mil .... a classic example of shutting the gate after the horse has bolted.

But now we got an official statement from Bob Arum backing up Manny's stance, so this is a similar position to where we were during the negotiation.

Any clown who thinks that the OST request was a way for Mayweather to duck Manny is just not thinking straight, Floyd would not have agreed to 50/50, because Manny could have called his bluff and taken the test.

How did Mayweather know Manny would refuse a simple blood test? Pac has apparently agreed to testing now, so why would Mayweather think that it would be a problem back durig the negotiation?

And now we got the situation reversed, Mayweather can call Manny's bluff, if that statement from Arum is a bluff, that is.

Unless Uncle Bob is just blowing hot air to try and take the heat off all of the PED accusations that are being directed toward Manny, now that he officially knows that Mayweather will not be fighting again until the end of the year and even then it will only be a tune-up?

The problem for Arum is..... he has got no credibility at all, and nobody is compelled to believe a thing that he says.

Saying you agreed to something and actually doing it are two entirely different things. Did he sign the contract confirming as much? 'Cause that would make it official.

In any case, Bob just expects to win in court. Not in any ring where he knows Manny will suffer his 4th loss.
