You got Pac saying he'd be willing to be tested in between rounds, then you got Michael Kockz sayin' 7 days, and you got scumbag Arum saying they agreed to the tests but not stating anything regarding cut-offs.

It's all Team Pacquiao's fault this became a circus.

And all Floyd had to do was not go on vacation, no rants on ustreams and always appear when Pac already signed for a fight, and formally sit down for talks, and if indeed Team Pac's lying, then he'd be exalted with his crusade.
