The video said that Pacquiao agreed to the 1st and 2nd Negotiations. Not up until the night of the fight.

WOW, Pacquiao should have agreed to the testing the FIRST TIME and we wouldn't even be in this mess. The fight would have already been signed, and would have happened sometime last year.

There's a flipside. Had Floyd never complicated things by asking a "one-dimesional Philippino midget who will be easy work" to take extra testing because what he's doing is "extrodinary", we would probably have watching the rematch by now. Talk about a contadiction! LOL.....

That is so true. Floys comes out with bs videos talkn ****. thats b/c he hates the fact that Pac is gettn the attention. But floyd has shown time and again that he doesnt want the fight. Was Arum and Pac at fault for not agreeing the the tests to begin with. YES.
But since then, they've agreed. Floyd is either on vacation, denying that negotiations took place, or demanding 100 million dollars for fight that is worth a 50 mil guarantee. All his ways of avoiding the fight

Bob Arum is already trying to make a fight with Juan Manuel Marquez at 147. All this talk about accepting Floyd's demand and wanting to make the fight him is bull**** because if that was the case, immediately after every fight Arum would be trying to make the fight with Floyd and not offering Marquez money to fight Pac next when he hasn't even fought Mosley yet. Pac fans are dumb asses for believing a guy who said this about Mosley prior to the fight being signed....

Lol, Floyd is on vacation/retired. In his latest statement Floyd says he still doesn't know when he'll come back and is not thinking about boxing. How the hell can you make a fight with someone that doesn't to fight?

Arum trying to get Pac's next opponent for November as soon as possible is the logical thing to do, it's only 5 months away. They sure as hell ain't going to be waiting around for a guy who might never fight again and clearly doesn't want to fight Pacquiao. Mayweather is the one in control of whether the fight happens or not. It's not happening because he's retired, that's it.

I'm not pointing fingers but rather telling the truth. Why should I be happy? Pac ain't agree to $H!t because the lawsuit is still on going and Arum don't want Manny to NEVER deal with Golden Boy. Until we know for sure Floyd is not dealing with Golden Boy the fight ain't happening because of Arum mostly. Sorry buddy but Arum is looking like more of the bull****ter than anyone else.

Floyd isnt a Golden Boy fighter and they do not negotiate on his behalf. Al Haymon does. GB only promotes part of his fights and recieve a percentage as payback for the $10mil they loaned Floyd prior to his fight with Marquez so that he can handle his tax issues.

Pac fans are just not getting that fact but want to say Floyd is scared to fight Pac? Who walked away to fight Clottey when everyone was at the table? Pacquiao OFFICIALLY ducked Floyd and the blood tests. It's on record. not too sure about the 2nd negotiations because not everyone was/is on the same page when it comes to that one. Should not have been a 2nd negotiation anyway if Pac was going to agree to it anyway. Pac had doubt and that doubt made him not take the fight. Whether it was Floyd or the tests? No one knows for sure except Team Pac or Pac himself but fact is that Pac was the reason that we are not talking about this fight in past tense. How is Floyd to blame? The only thing I blame Floyd for is retiring and staying around like he is still an active fighter when he is not.

You want to partiallly blame Pac for not adhering to conditions and rules that are not even mandated by the boxing commisions themselves. The root of the issue here is the blood testing. Had it not been brought up in the first place, we wouldnt have this issue. Then again, we have the other issue of Floyd demanding $100mil.

When have I said Pac is on drugs? Slap yourself. Only thing I have questioned is Pac when asked to test. We got 7 different excuses. If Pac had asked May weather to test and Mayweather gave the very same excuses he would be hated on worse than he is now.

What myself and many others want is Pac signing a contract that he will agree to the tests. How hard is that considering he said he will take them? Words don't mean shyt son put it in ink.

Your correct, there is only ONE negotiation that is set is stone, and that was the first one.

No one has any proof what happened the 2nd and supposedly 3rd time.

In the first Negotitiaion, all we know that Pacquiao ducked the blood test, they made every excuse, as far as supernatural, religion, being weak, reputation.

They should have agreed the first time, and regardless of how much of a chicken they claim Mayweather to be, the fight would have been SIGNED, SEALED, AND DELIVERED!

If Mayweather would have found a way to get out of that, it would have been 100% no doubt as to who is ducking.
