Well... assuming he signs the contract knowing that particular stipulation was there then the answer is simple. He would have taken his ass to the sauna and sweated his ass to death before giving up 20 million or even 10.

Floyds ass would have came in 2lbs lighter than the contractual weight. What was 600k to Floyd when he was making 10-15mil. It was worth insuring he had a undeniable size advantage.
