Once that happened, Mayweather decided to go on vacation.
Now that the vacation is over, He wants some dumb promoter to guarantee him 100million.

Bob Arum - Pacquiao will never fight a GBP fighter. So Mayweather is now not allowed to use the promoter he has chosen for his last few fights. Just another roadblock from Arum to stop the fight happening.
