Why break up a winning team. If it works why mess it up? I am sure there may be people as good as Ariza but Manny and him go back a long way and the chemistry obviously works. There is no doubt Ariza is a pivotal member of the team.

Yep, Ariza is an integral part of the team and without him the Pacquiao story could have taken a very different course I guess. And yes, the chemistry is paramount in sustaining team cohesion and maximizing productivity. The nutritional and physiological knowledge is essentially a formality.
