And you are right, when the first negotiations failed Roach actually said this and then said after Pac's fight against Clottey that he had the right plan for Mayweather

Some of you people are idiots with the 'roid talk. 'Roids doesn't give you skills in the ring. Sure it can make you stronger and more durable. I can understand if he's taking a pounding and doesn't seem to go down and next thing you know his opponent is outta gas and he's the one taking the punishment. But Pac is dominating and landing at will from the very first round. NO type of 'roids can make you do that. Only skill does.

Actually Shane didnt fail a drug test he was snitched out. And you know who else never failed a test: Bonds, Clemens, McGwire, and Sosa. And by the way when Toney failed it is under the watch of Roach.
