There's a video here from a local LA news station that said he'll take the test. There's an article that says he's willing to take the test even in the 6th round of the fight. Floyd even has a video saying that Pac will take the test, what kind of cave do you live in? No TV? No internet much?

As soon as the Mosley fight is over Pac will be asked will he take the test and fight Mayweather, he'll respond "uuuuummmm Arum is my plomoter, ahhh take vacation, family, hard training," then a few weeks later after Arum signs Pac to face Cintron or some other Top Rank bum, Pac will come out and say I agree to testing but Floyd dont want to fight. Its all rehearsed, keep playing your part puppet.
