I want boxing to go back to being about boxing. I was saying the other day, boxers should have a set fee like actors, when they sign to a promoter based on their draw and accomplishments should be a bottom fee. the fights should be signed before figuring out who is getting what in terms of extra money or bonuses. so Manny more fights that we wanna se would get done and boxing would boost. No more of this low balling bull****, or I'm.worth more, no more ridiculous splits, if a boxers fee is 2 mill and his top contender is 500k oh well. sign the fight, after the fight is signed the network decides the percentage of the gate goes to which fighter or winner gets 60, loser gets 40, same with ppv.
