This article and statement from Bob Arum should be perfectly clear to all Pac fans and supporters that Arum has in no way wanted to make a fight with Manny and Floyd. This is unquestionable proof......
So you are telling me all this time that Roach, Pac and Arum have been screaming about they want Floyd, he's scared and we accepted his demands but now comes out and says this? Notice how calm Arum was until he heard rumors of Floyd coming back. Kind of reminds me of this statement......
If this doesn't say it all about Bob Arum's intentions on making this fight. I don't know what will.

Arum also indicated he would like Pacquiao to get through the Hatton fight before going up against Mayweather saying“I want Mayweather to stay there (in retirement) until September. The longer he’s out the more rusty he’ll be."
