it's their comfort zone...it gives them a sense of victory no matter how dumb it is. they don't even want floyd to come out of vacation to negotiate again because for them pac will never take the test and he's just lying when he said he will. they find satisfaction in that and it doesn't matter to them whether the fight will happen or not. they don't actually want the fight to happen because that means pac will take the test and it will trashed their arguments that pac is a cheater and a liar.

Yea, Manny agreed to the testing 7 days before the fight, not up until the fight, Mayweather wants up to the night of the fight in the lastest negotiations.
