    Is Demetrius Andrade going anywhere?

I don't think so personally, since he is always on FNFs I have seen most of his fights thus far and the guys he has been fighting are there for the purpose of making him look spectacular but half the time he looks mediocre.

Obviously they aren't going to put him against the best in the world yet but its about that time for him to step up where I think he ends up cannon fodder when he finally does.....either that or he can just make a career out of small paydays on ESPN if he wants but he is 23 now with a good AM background so if he doesn't know what he is doing by now it just isn't going to happen.

Look At Amir Khan a world champ by 22 or 23, just saying.

He has great potential but his team keeps matching him up against losers that he can beat in 2 rds. He needs to step up the comp and develop his natural abilities.

Atlas has been saying that for a long time too and he still don't step up. Anyway, I've never been impressed.

Tough to say depends on how seriously he is taking his training, the fights are kind of unimportant as long as he is working on things in the gym and nailing down what he wants to be.

If it is going to his head and he thinks he know everything then no he won't amount to a hill of beans.

I have been impressed with his natural skillset but his level of opponents is atrocious and that has severely limited is growth. He is mediocre at this point compared to where he could be.

He has some tools but other than being tall for the weight class and having pretty fast hands he doesn't have many redeemable qualities. If he is the prospect he is billed as he should look much better against the guys he is fighting than he does.

I like his SouthpawSwagger™ but I don't really like him, personally. I'd really like to see him fight someone that fights back.
