Almost a year later and his eye still hasnt healed properly. That would be a sad thing if his career is done...we will never get to see the rematch with cotto, i was looking forward to that fight more than any other fight.

It's been about 6 months since his fight with Pacquiao. I don't know how long it would take to heal but an orbital bone is serious business.

Yes, in the sense that he will no longer be a real threat or all that competitive against top fighters, and not because of his eye. He's borderline shot, his chin has been "softened" plus he can no longer use wraps with plaster.

they fought in nov and he is ruled out for a fight in sept. he might not fight at all in 2011. thats crazy. cotto looked just as bad as tony after the pac fight, it was in nov too and he was back in the ring 6 months later.

Almost a year means it's ALMOST A YEAR you know 10 months 11 months maybe even 9 months if you stretch it but 6? thats half a year
