The guy was booked after 5 AM. It's a pretty long, miserable night to be sitting in jail, then having your mug shot taken. He must've been thinking like mad about his relationship, his career, etc. It's understandable that Gamboa doesn't look his best.

I can't stand Floyd Mayweather Jr., however being a 28 year old man I know right from wrong and nobody can influence me to raise a hand against a female. I believe that choice to put his hands on his significant other has to do a lot more with how he was raised and what kind of an individual than another man's influence. I think that is silly again I am 28 and I was taught never to hit another female so that is my personal point of view. Floyd is at fault for a lot of other things but this is not one of them Gamboa is old enough to make his own decisions.
