Turn on CNN. 5 - 10" of water pouring in per minute. Somewhere in the western part of Ward 9. They're saying the levee is absolutely broken, no question about it. Some barge was hitting the levee since the winds were kicking up from Rita. Nothing is stopping the water in NO, again. Saying the whole city could flood again by Noon time.
