frankly theres a lot of guys pac wont beat now, let alone those three all time greats, duran would demolish pacyow same for leonard and pryor .lemme ask this would pac with his dimunitive size go up and fight the top guy at 160lbs like duran did?? hell no! hearns ko'd duran,iran barkley shortly after kod hearns then duran kod barkley, and this was a past it duran. duran gave leonard his first loss in his prime,the truth is pac has never faced the type of competetion that even mosley or delahoya has let alone the type of competetion 15 round assasins of the past did. those guys fought more frequently for pride, now most fighters are divas that only fight for money, against soft "faded name " opposition.the guys that can beat pac or at least give him serious comp , hes completely unwilling to face them even now, why pac gets a pass by the press I dont know.the truth is this is a very weak era and thats compounded by fighters like mayweather and pac due to their unwillingness to risk it all against guys that can actually beat them.for instance why is yet again pac fighting a guy like mosley ??? hes shot as shot can be hasnt won a fight in 2 and a half yrs ,whats the point whats it prove ?? what? hes don this 6x already its really getting old ,and his fans make it even worse, as they think their guy is the best for essentially fighting past it bums and no-hopers. I dont get it.

Those comparisons are absurd. Pac could not hang with Ray, Hearns, Duran, or the Hawk..... and his name should not be mentioned in the same sentence.

On what fight in particular did Ray base that (charming, as usual) assessment?

Pac's last 7 opponents have been old men, faded champions, and stiff's..... and his resume since Marquez could also be fraudulent.

Pac's resume stops with Marquez as far as I am concerned, and truth be known, he lost that fight.

Cotto vs Clottey (also vs Mosley) = Cotto = Same as the above (Clottey was hiding behind his wall = Pacquiao)
Mosley vs Margarito = Mosley = We'll See the outcome this coming Saturday Night
So basically Pacquiao fought the big names that are active. Truth be told all those "comin off of a loss, tailor made opponents" that poeple are saying about Pacquiao's opponents didnt even exist before the fight. They were saying the same thing "this is the a real test for pacquiao, bigger than pacquiao, can pacquiao handle a legit welter's punch". Then suddenly when they all lost, all those bs comments came out. Discrediting a good fighter. Young boxer wont even want to fight him because they say its too early for them.
