I doubt it but a valiant effort. In the PI there's a plan to end poverty by 2015 set a few years back..but the PI has the lowest GDP rate in all of Asia. Plus inflation and low employment is taking a hit. Of course last year they grew by 7%, but in order to achieve the goal...well it's too far fetched. As long as the country includes Mindanao..well y'all are ****ed. They wont co operate for ****. Also, the infrastructures and education needs to be heightened. I'm sure Manny can become president since Aquino simply won presidency in regards to hs father's name..plus all of the "movie stars" that run congress...but his goal is deep rooted. Too deep for one man to handle.

Of course ending poverty in an entire nation is really farfetched. But people are really overlooking the cause he's trying to promote here.
