this thread is just plain ******. Foreman the guy who everyone said would just smash Cotto's head in for 12 rounds and the fairwell fight that Arum gave him, Foreman the same guy who Manny and Roach didn't want to fight and stated that he was 'To Big' yet goes and makes a fight with that cheater margarito. Sure you can say Foreman had zero chance beating Manny now because he's been exposed, but before the Cotto fight it was a different story. Haters hate on.

Exactly ppl are forgetting how this was looked at before the fight took place, you can say anything after the fact but Cotto came off of that bad loss to Pac and was moving up against Yuri who looked really good against a fat Santos in his previous fight. I remember reading things like Arum is feeding Cotto to Yuri

Williams has nothing really but high work rate and stamina.

Margarito's comeback trail has been even worse.

A decision over journeyman Robert Garcia, and a 12 round whooping worse than Cotto got from Pacquiao.

Cotto will destroy Chvez, and then I think he will beat Margarito, seeing how Margarito is no longer the big bad monster he was back 2008-past.

It's funny cause everyone knows Cotto doesn't have 1 punch power like that. Cotto got the majority of his KO's going to the body first, breaking you down, then stopping you.

To the guys he couldn't get to the body, Margarito, Clottey, Mosley, Pacquiao, he looked like a pretty average fighter to me. And I doubt he can get Williams to the body, with Williams workrate and long reach and then Cotto being so short and defensively flawed and afraid to fight inside.

I doubt Cotto can even beat Cintron[should have lost by TKO], Pavlik, Williams, Dzinzuruk, let alone knock them out like Martinez did. Cotto would get absolutely dominated by Dzinzuruk and Williams. Pavlik would have straight up tee off on poor come forward Cotto.
