you missed the word "TRYING". he tried and failed miserably in trying to steal the spotlight away from Pac. the only thing it proved that he's just begging for attention.

its well known anyway floyd's typical antics. just before a Pac fight, he's got the tendency to try getting attention away from Pac and back to himself.
