The Hearn’s, noticeably Barry, have had a thumb in the pie of boxing for years, but since handing over the promotions to eldest son, Eddie, Matchroom has really started to become a prominent figure in British Boxing promotion.
Prizefighter has gone from strength to strength, and the additions of Barker, Brook and now Froch show that their intentions are to become the best promoters on these shores. Credit to them.
I know Eddie Hearn personally and can vouch for him being a man of his word, and I’m very much looking forward to seeing some truly big events over the next few years
