Well, he turned it down because there was no longer any issue with the drug testing. A lot of people noticed that his take-the-test stance was missing in his racist rant on Ustream, just weeks after the 2nd negotiation. Now he's back with his bs.

He pretty much blasted his uncle by saying the only person he trusts is Al Haymon. What is even strange is his claim that he hasn't seen his uncle and only sees him 3-4 times a year. Wtf, I thought he was training everyday with him according to his fanboys.
