Now if you're asking should it be for the Ring title, then no it shouldn't. Ortiz is #2, there's no reason to skip over him and make Pac-Mosley for the ring title.

Ortiz after the Berto win was jumped up to number 3 behind Mayweather which was the right move by Ring magazine, he dethroned 5 time defending champ Berto.
