Whats your points? the article title said "Pacquiao will agree to testing, with the 24-drug cut" Floyd could have quite easily agreed to that, after all he offered 14 days so clearly does not actually care about the whole cut off period. Its both guys not wanting to give the other guy everything.

Runaway Floyd Isn't Fighting Anyone That Matters!

If Mayweather has any ambition of fighting anyone other than Manny Pacquiao, he just as well stay home. What foes he want to do, fight a washed up Cotto? A rematch with Mosley? (that's not going to happen). Fight a non-threatening Tim Bradley? He's not going to step up and fight a larger Sergio Martinez. He definitely won't be fighting a Bernard Hopkins like Dela Hoya had the balls to do. And he certainly won't be fighting a Manny Pacquiao. So he just as well stay home, figure out how he can pay his taxes before he lands in jail, and can get a little sparring in with his neighborhood security guard. I don't care if I ever see ANY Mayweather again. Gutless.

floyd is a massive draw but, i think his greed for money has backfired on him.
i mean, at the time of pacman taking on clottey, floyd took on shane which was supposed to upstage manny and co but in time has had an adverse affect because floyds crew were unable to see past the pile of money for the mosley fight and realise that it would have been better for pacman to face mosley first...why? firstly,pacman may have lost to mosley. second, should manny have won the fight in whatever fashion floyd then had a target to beat but, like sniffman hatton pacman knew he only had to go through ricky in less than ten rnds because floyd beat him first.
i would say that although at the time of the clottey fight and floyds fight with shane (which was a bigger ask if we all remember after mosley handing plasterito a fearful beating) that, arum saw how things would unfold and deliberately avoided any negotiations with floyd as he could later use shane who has always been a cash cow win or lose to make a f.u.c.k.i.n. fortune.

during the last year and two days we have seen floyds world become or go the same way as other high profile fighters who have been too big for their boots.... downwards! his money,taxes,the cops,women,accusations etc.
ring any bells? yeah.
i still think floyd would beat manny as long as all this other out of the ring stuff does not affect his fighting.
and the chances of that not being a factor(given the strength of his troubles) in a fight with anybody in the near future are remote.
i think weve seen the last of floyd mayweather.
its a shame that he would be remembered for avoiding the biggest star in boxing at the moment and it will forever haunt him.
lastly, although i am a big floyd fan he will never in a million years no matter who he faces be anywhere near as great as sugar ray robinson.

A 24-day cutoff provides a window for steroid abuse.

The reason Mayweather requested OST's was to close that window.

Floyd wanted testing up until the fight, the 14-day offer was a concession.

You need to realise this.....

There is no such thing as a cutoff date for OST's.

OST's do not have a cutoff date, they test right up until the fight.

A " cutoff date "..... is a " Manny'ism "

The entire developed world saw Marquez beat Manny in the second fight.

Just check out the look on Pac's face before the winner was announced, he looked like a beaten man. He lost that fight, we all saw it.

1.) It is a total fkn joke that Manny would prefer to face public accusations and a legal battle, rather than be paid $40mil for taking a couple of harmless tests

2.) It is an even BIGGER joke, that Manny is content to let his fan's defend him, rather than taking a couple of harmless tests
