Given the history of this fight, there is more reason to think it won't ever happen than the opposite.

According to the Klitschkos' training camp manager, the FIGHT IS ON.

The issue was NOT ticket allocation, the % never changed. It was all about TAXES since they are sold in England but from Germany.

Booth didnt know how it worked and then it got slowed down because there are 3 promoters on Hayes side
