If you really focus on the videos and watch Marquez distance spacing compared Manny's recent opponents, then you'll understand why Manny was capable of landing all of his combos without leaving himself off balance because they were right there in front of him in close tight range.

I think Floyd thinks Pac would dismantle him in about 9 rounds and not 5 right now. That is why Floyd is holding up signing the contract. He needs more time to study the Pac dvds to see how to handle the southpaw stance.

He will watch Pac, SSM live front row seat. And when it comes out on DVD, he will purchase and study again and again until he thinks he knows Pacs every moves.

just watched cotto vs pacman, and tbh it just comfirms to me that mayweather will beat pacquiao quite easily. Manny is WIDE open for uppercuts (cotto landed a few) and right hands (cotto doesnt have one), also noticed pacquiao isnt as fast as people think he is, single punch speed cotto was as quick/at most only slightly slower, i think mayweather is quite abit faster and will keep manny at the end of his jab and it will be left hook right hand upper cut all night long.

Add to the fact that Floyd has much better footwork than Cotto(I know what Roach said, but he did moved his feet when Mosley lunged in few times), and much better upper body movement, quicker punches, and accuracy. Floyd's footwork isn't as good as it used to be when he fought at the lower weight divisions, but you'd have to be a fool to believe he can't move around.

Floyd hardly even throws uppercuts. And Manny has a chin. Cotto i guarantee throws a harder uppercut than Floyd.

but he will adapt and throw them, he's one of the best fighters at the moment, it makes me laugh people think just because i fighter doesnt do things it means they can't.

These guys keep on talking about throwing combos this, combos that. If you look at a slow punching and moving Margarito for example, he throws way more combination punches that Floyd. He can throw 4-6 combos, and only two punches might land. Floyd can throw 1-2's and both punches will land, and still be able to stay in good defensive balance position.
