arreola doesn't even know how to properly utilize the double end bag. anyone can sit there and barely tap it in rhythm like that - try getting full range of motion on the bag - and you are really good if you can continuosly hit it in rhythm. I just now mastered the 1-2-hook-2 with full range of motion and it helps your accuracy and timing so much. what arreola is doing is useless

that being said - i actually have stuck by arreola all along, and i still think he can win a world title - once the klits retire.
