Pacquaio should endorse blood testing and keeping his sport clean.
All Manny does is make excuses and that to me says it all.

I could care less what fighters make.
You can never be miles away from a 41-0 champion who already beat the fighters Manny is fighting.

Manny has to fight Mayweather to be the real king. Only boxing fans that have been watching both fighters whole careers would know this. Mayweather been the guy to beat since he turned pro.

Manny can make 100 million more than Mayweather and I still wouldn't care.
What would impress me is when Manny stops saying he will take random test and starts really taking the the test.

And until he fights and beats Floyd Mayweather and Marquez(which he won't)
