R.I.P Shane. If it stays in the center of the ring then Pac will turn him all night long and give him the beating of a lifetime.

I wouldn't call him to smart cause you don't fight a little fast guy in the middle of the ring you fight them by bully them cutting the ring off until you have them corned agnist the ropes where he can't move than pound the hell out of the body

Yeah that's good after maybe round 5. He do that early he will be tired. And that's when manny will blitz his azz.

What Shane has to do IMO is he needs to go to the body early. Maybe sow PAC down(**** even then dude is fast as f-ck lol).

So you think it's a smart idea for Mosley to use most of his energy chasing and trying to bullying the little fast guy in the middle of the ring? A fast little guy who's an underrated counter puncher when he want to be, and can catch Mosley off guard with left hooks.

JACK MOSLEY: "THEY'RE NOT GETTING MARGARITO...PACQUIAO AIN'T BEEN HIT BY SHANE"
                  By Percy Crawford | May 02, 2011

"They're not getting Margarito, who is gonna come right at you. I think that they want Shane to chase him around the ring and stuff and I advised Shane against that; make him fight you in the center of the ring. Don't chase him around the ring. That's what they want...I just want him to be in tremendous shape. If he is in tremendous shape, he can do whatever it is he needs to do; it don't matter. Shane has a great chin, but you still want to avoid getting hit. He has to keep moving out of the way. Pacquiao ain't been hit by Shane either, or somebody that hits as hard as Shane. Margarito wasn't hitting hard and De La Hoya was weak. That man was drained," stated Jack Mosley as he shared his thoughts on this weekend's highly-anticipated showdown between his son, three-division world champion Shane Mosley, and pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao. Check out what else he had to say.

PC: How are you doing Jack?

JM: Everything is going great; going great! I gotta keep doing what I'm doing.

PC: I don't want to keep you long because you're visiting with family, but I just wanted to get some last thoughts on Pacquiao/Mosley with the fight being this weekend. Have you talked to Shane about how camp has been going for him?

JM: Yeah, I guess it's going good. A lot of people don't give him a chance to win, but every fighter has a chance to win, especially with Shane's right hand and left hook. He has a good chance to win. I think Pacquiao's camp is just going to worry about Shane's right hand and Shane trying to hold and hit. I heard somebody was saying they're working on Shane holding and hitting. They got some guys pushing him up against the ropes and all of that kind of stuff.

PC: Is there anything else you are hearing about the Pacquiao camp and some of the things they are working on in preparation for your son?

JM: I hear they are working on a lot of lateral movement to try to tire Shane out in the first 4 rounds and then probably attack after that. I think their biggest thing is to see how Shane's conditioning is and then they will go from there.

PC: Do you think 147 is Shane's best weight?

JM: Yeah! They're not getting Margarito, who is gonna come right at you. I think that they want Shane to chase him around the ring and stuff and I advised Shane against that; make him fight you in the center of the ring. Don't chase him around the ring. That's what they want. If you chase him, they can time you coming in and that's what they like to do. Shane is a counter puncher too, so he has to be careful as well.

PC: So you think Shane's right hand could be the difference?

JM: Well, he's got a strong jab, he just hasn't been using it in recent years like he's supposed to be using it. Those body shots are what's got him everything that he has today. Of course the right hand was there too, but the jab is really what he came up on. He kinda got away from that. He did use it in the Margarito fight though and we see how well it worked for him.

PC: A lot of Pacquiao's opponents cover up when he's firing. Do you think it's important for Shane to punch with him and...

JM: (Cutting in) I think he just has to give angles and stuff. A lot of guys...this is why they picked Shane, because they think he's washed up and don't have any energy or gas, no nothing, and that's why they picked him. Shane don't move his head like he used to and they're banking on that too. You gotta move your head when you're boxing anybody. You gotta give angles and move your head.

PC: A lot of people would consider Shane beating Pacquiao as one of the biggest upsets in recent memory. Would you go that far?

JM: I don't see it as a big upset. It would just mean Shane was healthy and had conditioning. That's what he needs. One of the biggest upsets to me would be when Shane beat Oscar. He moved up two weight classes and beat Oscar and not many people gave him a chance that night. That would be considered as one of the great upsets. And Margarito was a great upset too because they had Margarito favored to walk all over Shane. They had him favored to do Shane in too, but he wasn't able to do it. You see what I'm saying? Shane beat him down.

PC: Are you more nervous when you are cornering Shane or sitting ringside to watch his fights?

JM: I'm not nervous. I just want him to do what I showed him. He is capable of doing whatever it is we worked on when he was coming up because, you know, your style don't change. He still has the same style. I just want him to be in tremendous shape. That man was drained.

Of course they picked shane because of how he looked in his last few fights, Cherrypicking at its best.

He'll even put himself in more risk because Manny will easily counter him with the left hook. If he's going to do that, he need to be unpredictable by using feints, but it's still a gamble game plan. The best game plan is to make Manny bring the fight to Shane, and Shane has enough speed and reach advantage to easily catch him off guard coming in, but that's if he(Shane) use lateral movement to be in defensive position.

Firstly, Goodluck to shane in cornering and bullying the "Little" guy, Everytime Pac fights someone everyone seem to say he is this little guy that needs to be bullied or mauled or roughen up, When are people going to realise that it hasnt worked in the past and it wouldnt work now.
