Dirrell is a medical miracle. I hope Dr. Shaw High gets a Nobel Prize.

He'd need to do a serious Haye-esque con job to get the public (and any big networks) behind him. Not only has the guy proved to be flakey and undependable as hell, but he's quite willing to stink out the joint so long as he gets paid at the end of it. Are these the sorts of qualities that make superstars?

I see absolutely nothing enticing about a Bute Dirrell showdown; in fact I see very little enticing fights involving Dirrell period, and that's taking all his di****able out-of-the-ring antics out of the equation. He's simply not got a crowd pleasing style. He actively avoids engaging his opponents (defence is one thing, what Dirrell does is another), spoils, clinches, drops to his knees, and has shown that he'll stoop to any measures when the going gets tough in order to get the win.

I don't care how much talent the guy has, I'd be quite willing to never see this guy set foot in the ring again.

I hope he doesn't fight some bum. He needs a good win to play himself back into the mix on a potential Bute opponent.

You can say that for 9,999 out of every 10,000 American boxers.

I swear people would be happier if he never fought again, and had severe brain damage which affected his life... But instead he's going to fight again, and everyone is pissed off.

He got hit while on a knee, and people blame hiim more then AA over that... It's just shocking to me.

I hope to see him shake again like what happened with Arthur Abraham---fun times.
